Vinification: Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in modern stainless steel fermentation vats, and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, the wine undergoes controlled aging for at least 3 months. A portion of the bottles are held for maturation collections of 2, 5 and 10 years.
Color: A clear ruby color with intensive brilliance.
Aroma: Its complex aroma opens with notes of olives, herbs, pepper and wet soil, and later unfolds into hues of cherry, mint, black currant, leather and red flowers tinted with a chalky note.
Taste: Its medium-bodied taste is well-balanced in strength and tannins. The wine gives the sensation of smoothness and good structure, where the shades of red and black berries blend with spicy and mineral hues.
